Warranty Period: 06 months with Conditional Counter Sale Replacement for Manufacturing Issue.

  • Warranty considered only from Date of Purchase. Product purchase invoice must be present at the time of warranty claim.

Not covered under replacement policy:

  • Any type of cuts/broken/physical damage on wires or earbuds body is not covered.
  • Outside or Third Party repaired product, will not be covered.
  • In case the product is water clogged/tampered/damaged by environmental issues.
  • In case customer changes their mind and wants to replace/exchange product due to any reason except manufacturing fault/defect.
  • Any type of electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
  • In case earphone port of customer’s handset does not support the earphone’s jack, it will not be covered for replacement – Our earphone jack is 3.5 mm Jack only.

Covered under replacement policy:

  • Manufacturing Defect – In case there is NO sound from either or both Earbuds.
  • The Microphone of the earphone is not working.
